At Samudr Cloud, we strive to deliver high-performance cloud infrastructure and services tailored for demanding workloads. Due to the nature of our offerings—especially compute, storage, and other cloud resources billed on usage—we do not offer refunds once a service has been provisioned or used.
No Refunds Policy
All purchases made on the Samudr Cloud platform are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Virtual machines (VMs)
- GPU servers
- Storage allocations
- Bandwidth usage
- Subscription plans or credits
We encourage all users to carefully review their requirements and our documentation before making a purchase. If you need help estimating usage or choosing the right configuration, our support team is happy to assist prior to checkout.
Exceptions
We only consider refunds in the rare case of billing errors clearly caused by our platform (e.g., double-charging). Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date.
